Order Fulfillment
We strive to process every order quickly and most orders are filled within 24-36 hours from the time they are placed and in some cases could be a bit longer based on the amount of orders received on a particular day. Weekends and holidays are not counted. Please call our toll free number if you would like to ship overnight...additional charges may apply (866) 378-5033. In the case of an out of stock item we will make every attempt to notify you by phone and/or email as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for shipping. FREE UPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $100 (lower 48 US states)
New York State Residents
New York State Residents must allow for State Tax (8.00%) and Tobacco Tax (46%). This includes any tobacco purchased from a different state, province, or country being shipped to a location inside New York State, USA. This Tax will be manually added to your order after checkout and only applies to tobacco items.
APO/FPO
We are glad to ship to APO/FPO addresses. All orders will be shipped via USPS.
Offers / Promotions
All offers good while supplies last. Promotions and deals may be modified, substituted, or discontinued with the depletion of supplies. Not responsible for typographical errors.
Incorrect Order Policy
Upon receipt of your order, if you find there is something missing or defective, you need to contact us within 48 hours for replacement or refund.
Failure to do so will result in our inability to make good on the order.
Although we strive for perfection, mistakes do happen and with your help we can continue to improve our abilities.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please be very careful when entering your shipping information. We will do everything in our power to make sure your package is labeled correctly based on the information you provide us. If this information is incorrect and UPS has to make an adjustment during delivery you will be charged the amount UPS charges us for the correction.
Return Policy
All returned orders must have an return authorization number and be returned unused within 14 days in original packaging. If you do not acquire an return authorization number prior to returning, your return will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable unless the order is incorrect or damaged. Please contact us for a return authorization number.
