General Cigars has relaunched the Bolivar brand. The Bolivar is the boldest cigar in the General Cigar portfolio. It has a wrapper of Honduran San Agustin Ligero and is bound with Havano Medio Tiempo, the Connecticut-grown tobacco that also wraps Partagas Black Label.
